Returns:
We offer a 14-day return period, during which you can return your order without giving any specific reason. The 14 days begin from the day you received your package. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact, and in the same condition as when received. 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: For products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal is unbroken. If the hygiene seal is broken, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to Chapter 11, Section 11 of the Consumer Purchase Act.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you have received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service via the contact form to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping:
For returns in Sweden, the customer is responsible for a fixed return shipping cost of SEK 119, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns within & outside the EU, the cost is €16 (EUR). The fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount. This does not apply to claims for defective or damaged goods.

A return shipping label will be sent to you by email, and you drop off the package at your nearest service point. The return is sent with a trackable shipping service to ensure that we can receive and handle your return in a safe and proper manner.

How to initiate a return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via our contact form. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant images if applicable.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
