Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping costs : We always offer Free Shipping!

Shipping methods :
Standard shipping usually takes about 10 business days.

Delivery information : Evoni does not have its own warehouse but works with individual stores that stock products in and outside Sweden, the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). Goods are shipped directly from the respective warehouse within 24 hours on weekdays, excluding holidays, after we have confirmed your order via email.

Products are delivered within approximately 10 working days depending on the product and are either sent directly to your mailbox or to the nearest representative. For orders containing products from multiple suppliers, they may be sent in separate shipments.

Important! If you have chosen delivery to a representative or parcel locker, the package must be collected within seven days. If it is not collected on time, it will automatically be returned to us, and a fee of SEK 69 will be charged to cover the shipping companies' return handling.

Delivery Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting our order tracking page and entering your tracking number.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary. Please check shipping options at checkout.

Duties and Fees: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional fees that may apply.

Delivery Issues : In case of any delivery issues, please contact our customer service through the contact form. We will work hard to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Address Accuracy : It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please provide a mobile number for easier tracking and double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
